전기용품 사용으로 인한 화재, 감전 등의 위해(危害)로부터 국민의 생명, 신체 및 재산을 보호하기 위해 안정성을 검증받은 전기용품만 국내 시장 유통이 가능하도록 전기용품 및 생활용품안전관리법에 의거 시행되는 강제 인증제도입니다. 전기용품을 위해 수준에 따라(1)안전인증 (2)안전확인 (3)공급자적합성확인 3단계로 차별하여 안전관리를 실시하고 있습니다.
This is a mandatory certification system implemented in accordance with the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Goods Safety Management Act to protect the lives, bodies, and property of citizens from dangers such as fire and electric shock caused by the use of electrical appliances, so that only electrical appliances that have been verified for safety can be distributed in the domestic market. Safety management is implemented in three stages: (1) safety certification, (2) safety confirmation, and (3) supplier suitability confirmation, depending on the level of safety of electrical appliances.
ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) announced on November 1, 2022 the release of version 3.0 of its Manufacturing Restricted Substance List (MRSL) that will be applicable for the Chemicals industry serving textile and footwear production processes.
ZDHC MRSL is a list of chemical substances banned from intentional use in facilities processing textile materials, leather, rubber, foam, adhesives and trim parts in textiles, apparel, and footwear.
The revision of the MRSL v3.0 includes among others things an update and review for chemical substances (new entries like Titanium dioxide, Perboric acid, substances from the candidate list promoted to the MRSL like Siloxanes (D4, D5, D6) and Dimethylformamide as well as new entries to the Candidate list like Bisphenol AF, S and F), limits (adjustments to the limit of SCCP and MCCP to 250 ppm) and testing methods.

ZDHC MRSL은 섬유 소재, 가죽, 고무, 폼, 접착제 및 섬유, 의류 및 신발의 트림 부품을 처리하는 시설에서 의도적으로 사용하는 것이 금지된 화학 물질 목록입니다.
MRSL v3.0 개정에는 화학 물질(이산화티타늄, 과붕산, 실록산(D4, D5, D6) 및 디메틸포름아마이드와 같은 MRSL에 홍보된 후보 목록의 물질 및 비스페놀 AF, S 및 F와 같은 후보 목록에 대한 새로운 항목)에 대한 업데이트 및 검토, 한도(SCCP 및 MCCP의 한도를 250ppm으로 조정) 및 테스트 방법이 포함됩니다.
